DRILLING TOOLS
WIRELINE DRILL RODS
Wireline drill rods are manufactured in CNC turning machines using tubes supplied by globally recognized and proven pipe manufacturers, in compliance with ISO 10097-1 standards. To ensure maximum efficiency and borehole safety in deep drilling operations and all ground conditions, the thread sections are induction hardened before being put into service.
Before wireline drill rods are accepted into stock, they undergo a three-stage quality control process: after threading, after thread hardening, and during final inspection. Yield strength, tensile strength, elongation, hardness, straightness, thread profile accuracy, and induction hardening depth are carefully inspected, and a unique traceability record is created for each rod.

CASING PIPES
As Torque Drill, we provide high-quality casing pipes designed to meet the demanding requirements of drilling operations. In terms of general specifications, there are 14 standardized casing pipe types with different outer diameters. Wall thickness is a critical factor depending on the load conditions; pipes with thicker walls are preferred in areas exposed to heavier loads. Each grade of casing pipe has its own specific identification markings and color codes, allowing proper selection and application according to operational needs. The pipes are connected using coupling components called couplings (couplers), which are defined according to the wall thickness and outer diameter of the pipes they connect. Couplings are available in both short and long types, and these specifications play an important role in selecting the correct casing pipe system for drilling operations.
CORE BARRELS & SPARE PARTS
Torque Drill supplies a wide range of core barrels and spare parts designed for reliable and efficient drilling operations. Our product range includes complete core barrel systems, overshot assemblies, triple tube systems, and all essential spare components such as inner and outer tubes, reaming shells, core lifters, adapters, pistons, and O-ring options.
Wireline Core Barrels, Conventional Core Barrels, WG and WM core barrels, together with their spare parts and conversion kits, are available in stock for fast delivery. Fully compatible with Q-standard systems, Torque Drill core barrels are engineered to provide high drilling performance, durability, and reliable core recovery in demanding field conditions.
CORE TRAYS
Torque Drill core trays are manufactured in Türkiye using high-quality recycled plastic raw materials and are designed to deliver maximum durability under demanding field conditions. Engineered for long service life and reliable performance, our core trays maintain their structural integrity even in harsh outdoor environments and intensive drilling operations.
To ensure superior resistance against environmental factors, Torque Drill core trays are produced with UV-protective and wear-resistant additives, providing enhanced protection against sunlight exposure, impact, and abrasion. In addition to plastic core trays, we also supply compatible core tray lids and dividers to support organized and secure core storage during exploration projects.
